I'm feeling a little discouraged this morning.
The scales aren't moving but staying exactly where they were.
I guess I should be happy they aren't moving up but I'm not.
I have been eating 'healthy' no really hidden snacks like chocolate or chips.
So why are you not moving scales????

Watch out for the water retention. If you are drinking 124 ounces of water per day, you can retain up to 8 pounds of fluids. Relax, pee, then weigh yourself. Do not get discouraged, this works..
It can be frustrating Sue, but how often are you checking?
Keep eating good nutritous food and the scales will move. I need to find new batteries for mine... I think it was subtle hint that I shouldn't be using them lol
When my iphone comes I am going to try and find a calorie counting app to use
